SO. not willing to work with an order that was clearly incorrectly created by your design service team. unwilling to work to replace the incorrect cabinets that were ordered by the design team, despite evidence that the item specified was not what was requested by the customer.

CS Asking me to plan an order for replacement cabinets, 'supposedly' placing the order on hold, however I was charged for the order none the less.

if you had been able to determine any reasonable resolution time. I asked for 48 hours (remember, your customer (me) has a contractor waiting in the wings to install your product). and ZERO ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR PART in the issue. I was told - 'You signed off on the order 'by SHERRY BROWN. despite my re-sending to her the email where I explicitly asked for the cabinet I expected to receive. it was only many months later that I was offered a response - that that was not a cabinet that should be put over a sink cabinet. DESPITE MY CONFIRMING THAT THE BASE CABINET WAS PULLED OUT 10 Inches from the wall. Her response from last week was NOT provided in October when we were working on the design detail. Which Iby the way I had to resend multiple times, as they were repeatedly NOT THE DESIGN I ASKED FOR. I specifically sent SHERRY BROWN the cabinet part that I wanted, and she disregarded my request.

We worked with Virginia Porten, our designer. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She explained everything to us and walked us through in each step of the process. We ordered samples and was able to see the quality of the cabinets. Thank You so much Virginia for your exceptional customer service. We are currently awaiting cabinets and soon will send in another review with photos.

We really enjoyed working with our designer Jacquelyn Jordan. She gave us beautiful designs and really listened to our questions and desires. She patiently revised things until we fell in love with the final design. We’re so grateful for her help in this process and we are looking forward to putting together the beautiful kitchen she designed for us.

We worked with Cheryl from theRTAstore to design our kitchen and she was FABULOUS. She worked with us over 2 weeks of back and forth correspondence and two 15-min phone calls. She came up with a design that we couldn't even dream of, suggesting very good ideas and giving solid advice. Thank you so much Cheryl. We can't wait to order our kitchen. We ordered a sample and it was so beautiful.

A friend told me about the RTA Store. Her cabinets are from the RTA Store, and there is no question that they are high quality. We found a style and finish we liked for our kitchen. I used the design tool, and Jacquelyn, or designer made some slight changes to make it even better! I'm looking forward to receiving my shipment, and even more to the final result. It was a fast, easy, collaborative process. My questions and concerns were all addressed in a timely fashion. This is how business should be done!

Collaborating with your designer Cheryl was a very pleasant experience. She was prompt and professional with her responses, very knowledgeable about the products, and patient with our poor computer skills and numerous questions. She was 100% the deciding factor in choosing to go with RTA instead of one of the many other companies with almost identical products. We hope to collaborate with her again on some bathroom vanities in the near future assuming we are happy with RTA’s kitchen cabinet quality during the upcoming installation.

Customer service sucks, can only find phone calls that don't matter, but if you have asked a question about details they lose those so you end up getting screwed, never again
Cabinets to go just got.a new customer.

Remi was so knowledgeable, in tune to what we were looking for and incredible at the execution and follow up! She even put into our cart what we had discussed so that we didn’t need to guess at what we needed in terms of items or measurements! We came upon you randomly on Facebook, and am so happy we did! We are recommending you guys to anyone who is doing renovations!

Chrissy was awesome, she was super responsive and put up with our many changes in styles and configurations. We are looking forward to getting our new vanity and I am sure if we have any questions, she will be there to help. Thanks, Chrissy!

This was our first experience with The RTA Store and I was very impressed!! Our designer, Nicole, was wonderful from the start until the end! She was friendly, open to my ideas, and quick in communicating! The cabinets are very nice quality for the price and we were very happy with how easily they went together! A great value! My only complaint is the requirement to inspect the cabinets for damage within 5 days of delivery. I believe that is an unrealistic timeline when ordering entire kitchens with so many boxes. Some pieces had some small damage but nothing worth replacing and most can be touched up easily. We will definitely use The RTA Store for our next investment property!

I would like to thank the designer Kristen B for the excellent service provided. I am so happy with my final drawing. Kristen was absolutely amazing, she is so talented and she had a lot of patience with me, as this is my first time working on a project like this. Kristen really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I needed for my kitchen project. Thank you, Kristen B! You did an amazing job!

Horrible customer service unbelievable lied to about delivery date. Called about it still waiting no call back. Stuck now. The order is under my husband's name so now they try to dismiss me. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday the company that they buy the cabinets from doesn't deliver on weekends took time off from work have people lined up for nothing. This will cost me hundreds and they just say sorry. And yes this is thertastore.com I know who I bought from.

I LOVE The RTA Store! Nicole was a joy to work with. She listened carefully to my vision for our home office and made it come to life with her thoughtful 3D design. The on-line ordering process was smooth. A snafu occurred with the delivery company but Tabitha hopped in and resolved the problem immediately. The product quality and ease of assembly exceeded my expectations. I keep looking around my home to find a new project that I can do with The RTA Store. I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience!

Nicole was absolutely fabulous to work with. She took into consideration every detail, knew he product line extremely well and was efficient in every way.
I highly recommend RTA cabinets and if you get Nicole as your designer, you are very lucky.
